Streching over working hours, Target pressure, you will feel mentally disturbed all the time. Forcefully you will have to work as a part timer until you give one joining in a company.

Work load, unwanted irrelevant pressure, no job security, environment is not healthy. May be u have to work for late nights and it might be possible that u have to come on Sunday also. And there is no cab facility.
