Streching over working hours, Target pressure, you will feel mentally disturbed all the time. Forcefully you will have to work as a part timer until you give one joining in a company.

There is no hierarchy in this company, growth is quite slow. Managers do not value there employees. You surely get to learn alot about recruitment but the work environment is not good.

Work load, unwanted irrelevant pressure, no job security, environment is not healthy. May be u have to work for late nights and it might be possible that u have to come on Sunday also. And there is no cab facility.
