Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is open to latest technology by providing fast and reliable Internet service to the clients. I am honored to be part of the team who is very cooperative, industrious, and focus on meeting the objectives of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite high compared with other company but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, no comfort is being provided to the employees / officers. Managers do not value the accomplishments of the employee and no trainings are being offered to development of the employees.
