Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are not so good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No salary hike on these company. They take education marksheets at the time of joining. And return back when you are leaving the company. No Job Security is there.

Management working culture is very good, specially Mr. B Rajesh Nair (CMD) & Mrs. Sapna Nair (DIRECTOR) both of them are very employee friendly, I have learned lots of things from them. I truly value the experience which I have gained under their leadership.
