... oriented. -Offers for rejoining...(but who will rejoin) -Celebrate festivals...(but those cost will be deducted from your leaves balance , salarycut policy , extra sitting hours)

...d to employees are for 18 hours...means your 18 hrs of the day are their only. -HR systemHere they continously revise and apply employee salary cut policy every year. -If you want to join...please join before 15th of any month bcoz if you joined after 15th , your that month salary will be credited in 2nd month from joining....crazy. -Need to work there for long hours....from 9.30 am to midnight 2...3...am....some times 4...5.am. without any paid overtime. -If you discuss these crazy policy within staff, you will be fired. -Employee would not be paid in advance for any travel for company work...you have to pay from your pocket and these expenses will be paid...in..next month salary which again depends on management mood.( whatever amont...you have to pay from your pocket...their excusses are like we credited the salary..use of them) -

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
