I have good work life balance in my current role. The work culture is good and team is supportive.

Dislikes

... The promised raise at the joining was not accommodated after 1 year of service. No bonus, No raise in pay, No Diwali holidays. Leave system is poorly maintained. Unlike other MNCs, where 24 days annual leave is assigned after one year of service with Casual leave and sick leave, here at convatec there is no casual leave and No thing like annual leave, one gets 2 leave credited every month and we can not take long leave in combination.

Quality Products salary and allowance, they offer high, as they have bad reputation in the market.

Culture Lack of leadership interest in guiding employees at field. Training is average as compared to global convatec standards Scope for long term future is minimal High attrition rate

Dislikes

highly stressful working environment, micro management, poor leadership practices but i believe it depends on leaders. Some department management are very supportive, but some are not.
