Very good work life balance and Renu is very understanding and caring towards their employees as well as serious for the work.

Dislikes

People who make rules are the ones who breaks them and expect others to follow them and only senior's complaints they listen, junior's complaints they do not listen.

Likes

"Assistant Recruitment Support Specialist" is a backend office, office assistance kind of position. The good thing about the position is : 1. Less workload 2.No interaction with the candidates, but you have to coordinate with the colleagues. 3. Recruiters are supportive and polite.

Dislikes

1. Management is terrible. 2. Not professionally organized 3. No learning curve 4. Appraisal is worse where they ask you to give up your PF so that they can adjust the sum to the fixed salary. (that's what happened with me at least)

They just teach to understand the candidate interested level towards job opportunity. There is no support from company sides through covid 19 lockdown , rather too much micro management

Dislikes

Thetd is a lot of politics and too much micro management from management sides. More than giving CV , they see number of calls done by recruiter and want details of every inch of time . There is 3 month notice period , Moreover during the time of interview it's said to work half day on Saturday but that's not true , they compell to work full day on Saturday There is nothing new to learn . I seek to learn new things

Convate consultancy is one of the best organisation for freshers as well as experienced..... I joined this consultant when I was fresher and company culture and environment.. All is good
