...ring 8 hrs a day via swipe in and out. If u does not met then half day sal cut.. As we get salary very low and making these cut finally u are working free for the company.. Even we dont have work we are forced to be sitted

Their non standards agreement with the clients they work for will put your job at risk. As fars you are direct contus tech employee it is good to work. Clients projects will make suffer

Top hierarchy is filled with people who were with the company from the beginning. They often end up in politics and not let the good performers in getting highlighted neither train newly joined people. Especially a manager called Thyagu Jayakumar who can't even speak a sentence continuously in English but he was one of the Sales manager's who does nothing but sticks with the company because of the tag "Old employee". Never ever join this company, they will fire you randomly, this hire and fire policy is in every team in this company from software development team to sales and so on. No appraisals particularly. They will give max 20 to 30 percent hike if you join here and that's it you won't get appraisal from there on. Products are not at par with the industry standards of the same domain, lots of troubleshooting needed to streamline the products.
