Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Specialist with 6+ years of experience to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on expertise in PPC strategies, and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
• Manage budget allocation and bid strategies tlo maximize ROI while minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.) and implement necessary improvements.
• Create and test ad copies, landing pages, and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on PPC trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align paid strategies with overall digital marketing goals.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations.
• Manage conversion tracking, tag management, and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM tracking.
• Experience with display ads, video ads, and retargeting campaigns.
• Strong understanding of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO strategies.
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and optimize campaigns for high ROI.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
