My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? - Not a 9 to 5 job, its 9:30 to 7:30, but you get Saturdays and Sundays off without a single notification from the company's side. So, its easy to manage your personal life also. - Location is not close to main city but connectivity is great. - Everything is so nice and flexible here, cannot figure out dislikes :P
