Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open for all latest technologies, machines and electrical works as we do all type of construction works and also having renting section for most of building machines and vehicles. I am really proud that I am a part of this concern which provide high quality work in all the field we are having. The main plus points are most of the staff are licensed personals and the company support the new joining workers for the same and now they have applied for my license also.

Nothing to say as i am very much happy with my Job as well as my Company.
