Founder with no Sales Acumen. Arrogant and rude. Hiring and firing people at a moments notice. No vision and priority when it comes to the direction in which he wants to take the organisation into. A B2C organisation in the guise of a B2B SaaS company if you consider the sales tactics they employ to onboard customers.

Office politics , layoffs , no valid reason was given for the layoff. Deserving people get removed and non deserving ones get to stay there just because they know how to be higher level management’s puppets Even your performance would be ignored if you are not good at being someone’s puppet. No employee benefits

The team i selected were great. My team members.

Everyone was laid off within 3 months on joining. They were working on AI product and they have no sense of marketing. They do not want to listen to experience.

Toxic work culture, office politics, arrogant leadership with no vision about the product and service. Founded uses foul language on floor, keep torturing employees and put a lot of pressure, deduct salaries while giving no reason.
