Not good we don't have any future here they don't give hike and ask us to work on less salary and also we are not allowed to take emergency also that affects our monthly PMs which is based on our pms

It was really good and nice experience working in continuum. As we have really supportive TLs which try to accommodate every ones request. We have wonderful role model Manager like Zulfikar Sir who support and guide us for every thing.

Every thing is really good. Just if shift rotation could be managed more efficiently, then it can just add cherry on the cake

Company culture is great, they do have multiple shifts but most of the time you will get Night shift because they give support in EST timezone. Repetitive work night shift allowance is lower than other companies. Promotion cycle is hectic but they do provide 10-20% increment in yearly appraisal cycle.

Promotion cycle is not good.

Nothing much to like about this company, India leadership team is there to just save their jobs and humiliate team members.

Likes

Product Based. Excellent company to grow your career. Variety of products to work on. Modern Technologies - React, Angular, Nodejs, Elastic search, AWS Good Management. No pressure from anyone. Managers are understandable and allow flexibility in work. Rarely required to work on Saturday but that can be efforted as you work on product

For Me Nothing. The only regret is I joined at less package :(
