There is no proper system in place for third-party employees in our organization, particularly regarding manpower management. Business travelers often do not receive their daily allowances, and there is no established structure for salary hikes. Additionally, the leave policies are less favorable compared to those for regular employees, and the overall working culture is not conducive to employee satisfaction.no work from options for third party employees.
