There is no proper system in place for third-party employees in our organization, particularly regarding manpower management. Business travelers often do not receive their daily allowances, and there is no established structure for salary hikes. Additionally, the leave policies are less favorable compared to those for regular employees, and the overall working culture is not conducive to employee satisfaction.no work from options for third party employees. Very less job security.

Dislikes

Service section is sos poor. Need to be devlop and well culture need. If worker level demand after 1 year work for this company after they demand something the company remove the worker category immediately that was the bad impact for this company.

...o buttering they will get promotion otherwise ready to face the dirty politics They higher IITian and NITians on 3rd party and pay them less salary. and one fresher girl disqualified 3 times in internal interview still got selected for APAC and after 2 years now she become manager with less skills and experience One girl become Manager because her father has good contacts internally If we talking about males , then few are very stupid with lack of knowledge still they promoted on higher position
