There's no proper structure and roles and responsibilities given, the salary structure they used to show and after joining they used to provide doesn't matches the salary. Inside management is older management they doesn't support new technologies and younger generation.

Bonus system is not Good They used to deduct bonus amount from salary and they provide us the same amount as a bonus Yearly based on KRA percentage. No employee support. worst part is uniform is given to office admin team for branding purpose where as marketing sales team who visits markets doesn't have that option.

I love my team and as a fresher I have learnt alot about corporate life.

Dislikes

Company is growing at 2x rate but the employee's thinking is going backwards 2x rate. I think the company has to recruite more skilled employees. They don't respect the educated professionals.

The entire company is a big fraud. HR Mrs Umadevi Veeramachaneni is a serious fraud. They are not doing any F&F after illegally terminated or taken forceful resignation from the employee's. They forced the employee's to sign some fake & counterfeit papers from their channel partners by the name of "No Objection Certificate" & "No Claim Certificate" from a "Dictator ZSM" called Mr Asheesh Sharma sitting at Delhi supported by the entire management. They are also doing some big fraud activities with the Provident Fund also. Please don't trust this company.
