I have 5 years experience but still I am saying this company is not so good. No job security. No salary increment. Promotion means just junior or senior not for other. Working hours 9 to 11 hours. This company is conducting by a couple, husband is CEO and wife is owner of this company.

Company always wants their progress not employees progress.

No work-life balance - bothers employees on weekends. Communication gap amongst the team members Ineffective CEO HR is pathetic, doesn't know the resumes of hired employees

In a growing company, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, formulating policies, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any developing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that supports this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it.
