First of all, I'm an ex-employee of Contentserv. Now, Job security: Very uncertain situations in the past couple of years. Lots of top-level management are being replaced and there is no clear vision for the product within the organisation neither there is any visibility to local managers. Work Satisfaction: Lots of re-work & tech debts created by poor vision & unclear direction. Company Culture: Contentserv had a very good culture till late 2018, later new talents were hired at the top-level management, who claimed to be very good at improving processes. But, I believe that's where the culture went down & till my last day it was even worse. Compensation: Organisation management seems to be comparing the compensation of Indian employees with Europe employees in terms of appraisals only. This was the decision that lead to almost 30% of attrition. I guess at least now the management had good learning out of it? There is a lot to share, but I think the above are the major concerns that I believe can be improved to get the Pune office to its original shape if the management wants to even keep the Pune office running. By the way, Contentserv right now doesn't have any office location for employees to work in Pune.

*If your reporting manager approves - you can get flexible work time.

Dislikes

- Zero job security. Very smooth hire and fire within 6 months policies. - Reporting managers feel insecure to their position if they see your talent better than them - Don't expect satisfactory hikes - Manager cares about securing position instead of improving the quality of the product/work - People at Senior Manager amd Higher position are very less or no knowledge of industry.

The worst company ever. Nothing is good here.

Dislikes

Worst company in which I have worked for. Senior people do all sorts of politics to enjoy their power. Their politics had a huge impact by good developers leaving organization, and now in crunch situation these politicians are leaving their playground saying they too suffered.

People at start are good but not when you stay there.

Dislikes

They have only job security, No technical knowledge at all very low tech work. They have basically L1 support in Devops they themselve claim it to be L3.
