Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The work is easy.

Dislikes

If you want to work here once think about it. Because you'll be facing some extreme conditions there and I'm not gonna explain those. Working for 12 hour shifts for day and night for 15k is absolutely ridiculous and the environment there is so bad that you'll be thinking about going to that job again and again. This was the first ever job I worked and completely regretted for wasting my time because there will be no career growth by doing work there. I still remember the day I left I felt so relieved and happy that I won't be working here again. So, i completely won't recommended anyone doing these jobs.
