The work and Life balance is good, I am very happy with my schedule and days off, my TL is very understanding , patient, work efficient, caring and very friendly, sick days/ vacation days are easily approved, and leaning something new is also amzing

What i Dislike abt Contact Point is a min salary , unfortunately its min wage however for other customer service jobs starting salary is 16.75 or 17$

Internal politics, some toxicity because of it. Same kind of projects gets stale and boring. No flexibility in work timings. Some micromanagement and constant changing of rules by lead.
