Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

All the employees of this company are too helpful,i have been working since April 2022 are my doubts and learning,and wherever I struck in any problem, my seniors help me in that and taught me how to conquer the problems related to any task or projects. The HR team is too good ,from here I realise the why the HR is called human resource department because any issue apart from work load is handled by the HR team they took care of every need and beneficiary of the employees. Overall the I'm happy to be the employee of this company.
