Other staff is good except for hr department

No employee welfar, poor management, very less growth, no job security. My salary was deducted in January without having any reason and even raising complaint and taking follow-up it take 8 months to get that deducted salary. HR don't pick calls and company policies are terrible.

Salary on time, work and life balance good, good work learning and culture

No promotion to eligible employees, experienced employees not get sufficient salary package and eligible post and not respond regarding this

I like to work with CEG because of supportive people, nice environment & policies.

After resignation HR management hold salary upto completion of notice period & full final settlement only one this drawback which I observed

I would like to say that Till yet ceg is good company. Their Hr response timely and they credit salary on 15th of month.

It is increment policy is very bad they increment 1500 rupees only in a one year.

get friendly HR and environment no major tension of work, increment on time.

Should work on internal promotion of employees as salary slowly increases with no promotion, currently it has rare chance of promotion at site work as it depends on clients requirements.
