At Consulta you will have a chance to do core automation projects where you will be fully involved in programming pharmaceutical machines. You will learn pharmaceutical standards of programming, machine operations and execution as they have well-known clients in the industry. You can definitely gain great experience and specialize in automation. Consulta also understands your need of taking a day off due for personal work as work-life balance is given importance here.

Consulta is a company where you will get exposures on Siemens automation products such as PCS7, Step 7, TIA portal, MIS and EMS. Working culture is very good and you can have growth in your career for sure. If you get any chance to work in Consulta, you can go ahead and join. You will love it..

Dislikes

I didn’t feel anything bad in the work environment. Sometimes we will have work pressure based on project delivery period and it’s quite common in all the industries. Hence there is nothing to specify..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
