ಅಲ್ಲೊಬ್ಬ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಇದಾನೆ, ಅವ್ನ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಅನ್ನೋದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಡ್ಯಾಮೇಜರ್ ಅಂತ ಕರ್ದ್ರೆ ಸರ್ಯಾಗಿರತ್ತೆ. ಅವ್ನ ಬಿಟ್ರೆ ಜಗತ್ತಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರೂ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ಕೊoಡಿದಾನೆ. ಅವ್ನಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದಸ್ಟ್ ಇನ್ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ಕೊoಡಿದಾನೆ. ತಾನೇ ಬಾಸ್ ಈ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಅನ್ನೋತರ ಆಡ್ತಾನೆ. ತಾನು ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ ಅದು ತಪ್ಪೇ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಬೇರೆವ್ರು ಸರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರು ಅದು ತಪ್ಪು . ಯಾಕೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಅದು ಬೇರೇವ್ರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು , ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ. ಬೇರೇವ್ರು ಸರಿ ಕೆಲ್ಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ, ಸಕ್ಸಸ್ ಆದ್ರೆ, ಒಳ್ಳೇದ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯoಗೆ ತಡ್ಕೊಳೋಕೆ ಆಗಲ್ಲ ನೋಡಿ, ಕಾಲು ಬೆರಳು ತುದಿಯಿಂದ ತಲೆ ಕೂದಲು ತುದಿವರೆಗು ಉರ್ಕೊತಾನೆ. ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಲಾಸ್ಟ್ 2 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರ್ಯಾರು ಕಂಪನಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಿದಾರೋ ಅವ್ರು ಎಲ್ರೂ ಬಿಡೋಕೆ ಒಂದಲ್ಲ ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೇ ಕಾರಣ. ನಾನು ಬಿದೊಡಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡ. ಕೆಲ್ಸದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದ್ರು ಬೈದ್ರೆ ಸೀರಿಯಸ್ ಆಗಿ ತಾಗೊಬೇಡಿ ಅಂತ ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳ್ತಾನೆ ಆದ್ರೆ ತಾನೇ ಸೀರಿಯಸ್ ಆಗಿ ತಗೋತಾನೇ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆಯವರು ಕೆಲ್ಸ ಬಿಡೋದಕ್ಕೂ ಇವ್ನೆ ರೀಸನ್ ಆಗ್ತಾನೆ. ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಏನಾದ್ರು ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಆದ್ರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಇವನೇ ಕಾರಣ ಅಂತ ಹೆಲ್ಬೋದು.
