CS culture is good but not India office

Recent changes in Hyderabad office is leading to distract, especially head of office who joined a year back is very pathetic as even he don't know the technologies which are there in company

Everything was good until 2020, later there are changes on top management which affected major change in remaining areas, which are unnecessary changes in ground level Especially Hyderabad IT office became a hell with new HR team with all Tax issues and other internal issues with employee Company was good before 2020 with overall satisfaction Lot of Existing employees are leaving company who worked for years in this - so this is enough

I love that we manufacture high-quality products and have a global base.I love that we are so well-known in the market and that most of the contractors know us. We consist of employees coming from various cultural backgrounds, therefore teaching us to be more aware and mindful of others sensitivities. I love the job itself, wherein I interact with different people every day in the UAE, Africa, and the Middle East. I love the daily challenges of my job, teaching me something new every day.

Growth is slow, work pressure is high, office politics can be highly stressful

All command is from the U.S., only orders are executed in India. It must change. They must accept that they have hired some wiser people in India. They must not be judged by experience only too.
