In our company no pf and esi increment is also very delayed not every year 2 or 3 years bonus also given very late

There's a lot to learn from this company. But the company staff is good and supportive. Politics is everywhere though but employer is strict and humble too at the same time.

Dislikes

The work life balance is pretty low and sometimes you have to work over 10 to 12 hours depending upon tha work. And you have to be on duty on sundays too in worst case scenario.

It's a new kind of challenge working in construction equipment company, So much to learn wide area to prove yourself and everyday new things to learn.

Dislikes

Everything we have to do on our own which is quite challenging actually and it help to learn so much.
