Nothing to like about this company!

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, very low salary compared to industry standards, no promotions, hire and fire culture that is no job security, absolutely zero skill development, no work satisfaction, the most toxic work culture I have ever came across in my professional career. The CTO and also the Co-Founder (Amit Srivastava) is always shouting instead of properly communicating with the employees. The HR also don't know how to properly communicate in English while interviewing the candidates. My advise would be just don't join this company, stay unemployed!

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
