The organization has flat hierarchy and very open culture because of this it is easy to connect, grow and upskill with team members. We all work together virtually and it's been bliss to work from anywhere because of the process and culture.

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunities and support I have received during my time with the company. The team has been exceptional, and I have genuinely enjoyed working with such talented and dedicated individuals. Constellar has been a fantastic place to work, The collaborative environment fostered here has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. Overall, I'm grateful for the experiences and the relationships I have built at Constellar. I will carry forward the lessons learned and the memories made as I embark on the next chapter of my career.

Dislikes

I wanted to share some thoughts on my experience at Constellar. While many things are going well, some areas could use some improvement. It's great to see that the Constellar is already conducting training sessions and meetings to address these issues. I'm confident that with these efforts, the challenges will be resolved soon.

Culture, environment and everything is awesome here. Everyone is helpful and the directors are also there to guide you always. If you want you can learn and explore as much as you can.
