The only good thing here is that the company gets bigger projects such as the defence ministry and central ministry because of low cost contract bids and later due to this the employees have the face both the customer. Due to low cost contract, the service has to make a difference, which affects the employee's facilities. Employees working here are not properly treated, they are not given all employee benefits. and if the facilities that employees also get , then they are only due to pressure of the government. The wages given to the employees here are not available according to their merits and work experience and neither have any encouragement. No training is given here for big projects. Employees work here only in strength and pressure. This company works solely and only for its profit. There is no future growths of employees.
