Doing my working days learn lot of new things and new technology and how to work and how to applying its really challenging and spotive work nature some times give good reaction and some time it's give back bad experience.Day by day learning our self new techniques.. Our client central govt department BEL there checking and working nature very genuine and must following as per IS codes so will do good qualitity of work.

...g day and night work during concrete work continuously one and half day working. Our company growth is gradually so my growth is gradually increase it's main problem so times there give salary two months once only given..
