1. Salary often delays by the 2-3 Months without any intimation. Even after serving a notice period, i didn't get paid for that month. So I don't get my two months wage as a result. 3.As a mechanical company, safety ought should be top priority, but none has been offered, thus it is dangerous to work there. 4. There are times when you have to work up to 18-20 Hours without any amenities like dinner, snacks or extra pay. 5. No weekly off. 6.No infrastructure. 7.Vendors payment are also delayed or not made by the company which makes extremely ashamed.
