- All the policies are framed to benefit for company. - No matter what employees slogging in the end you may hear better luck next time, no bonus or no promotion. - Management & managers are impulsive, egoistic & prejudice.

Likes

So far the experience has been average. No exhaustive trainings are provided. There is no transparency in the interview process. The only benefit as of now is WFH. Outdated applications are used instead of globally renowned SAP.

Dislikes

HR policies seem so absurd. Everything is weighed down in terms of money. If you leave before 2 years get ready to pay around 60 to 70k. And that cost is not even worth it of the training that is provided.

Permanent WFH..there is a opportunity for new learnings as in updated tools and process wise.

They keep original documents for 2 years and if you leave within 2 years you will have to pay 10% of your CTC along with serve the 2 months notice period..so here, trust issue arises from the employer to the employees..they take around 5-6 interview rounds so they need expert employees but don't trust on them...that should be improved

There will be some initial learning but post 2-3 months you'll regret working there. Same monotonus works and terrible work life balance.

...ture and work. Asks you to pay 1.25 lakhs if you resign within 2 yrs of joining. They pays you salary of 22k pm and demands literally 1.25-2 lakhs lakhs if you leave early. HR will say 1-2 months salary at the time of joining but not less than 1 lakh from any person even if salary is as less as 15k. Holds the salary during notice period. Not a company you'd prefer to stay for 2 long years. HR's are just bystanders. Terrible HR policies. Managers play with you after you resign. Dump all the work on you. I accessed this glassdoor while joining but no one said the true colors of the company. **CA's and CA Inters please restrict yourself from joining unless you feel you will never get a job in life. They target semi qualified's working in Audit firms.

Able to learn so many things, especially my senior has encouraged and gave me scope to learn so many activities. Educational assistance from management would help employees a lot to upskill themselves

Dislikes

...ble.. on hard days it takes 13-15 hours per day.. crosses over time regularly 3. Salary that you get paid is half of what you produce in work 4. Treats the working and non working employees in the same way (merit as well) ... If someone did good thing, instead of appreciatation the manager think like "other employees would feel bad if this person gets appreciated".. it feels like "why to work so much but morale won't allow to do so. Pity those ppl"
