They are asking to do work before and after duty hrs. they won't be satisfied with the performance heavy work pressure managers always shouting about your work. main thing 2 years of contract duration before this time if you wanted leave the company we need to pay penalty and they adapted original documents.

There is great work balance and awesome leadership.

The salary is too less and they are concentrating on cost cutting and taking off shift allowance which is hurting they are not thinking about employees who worked for them years together 😔

...k for company earning profits, without bothering the employee growth and career. Almost 10x more than our salary they charge from clients for our work and pay us 1x of the charges. I won’t recommend anyone to choose Consero for their career learning and growth, as the growth and pay is so less as 15k to 28k for 2years without much hike and that too for stay in a metropolitan city.

- All the policies are framed to benefit for company. - No matter what employees slogging in the end you may hear better luck next time, no bonus or no promotion. - Management & managers are impulsive, egoistic & prejudice.
