The teammates are supportive and would help to achieve daily or weekly task. Technically we had a good exposure to the methodology as there was a technical director from spain but after covid it was not the same. We were given constructive feedback after each session by our technical director. Projects and assignment like match analysis & methodology project which really helped us to improve our knowledge of the game regarding our style of play.

Dislikes

Duplication of task over multiple sheets in excell was stressful for me. Spending too much time on meetings with agenda's which were not related to our KRA or help us to improve in anyway. We were encouraged to be expressive and share our thoughts & ideas but very rarely were appreciated for sharing thoughts. There is a 2 year bond which you have to sign, i was promised that company had a good appraisal policy but after my joining i ever heard from HR till my last day. Travelling to different part of the city was exhausting and at the same time time consuming & it was worse after covid as lesser staff have to cover more work load Company starts questioning your ability when we are closer to the month of appraisal. A lot of times we were asked to work on our day off. Working hours mentioned in contract is 8½ hrs daily but i used to be occupied atleast 10 or hrs or so.
