This company is full of smokers and drinkers. No learning environment, completely favoritism, no job security. Foolish startup company. They use you 2-3 months then fire you. During interview they did not inform you for late night sitting person they want. If you sit late night and do parties, smoking, drinking then you are very hardworking candidate. If you don't do and don't participate in these activities then your performance is not good. They will fire you. So don't spoil your career here. Terrible company to work. Lot of bullying, no professional office environment, No internet working, wrong commitments.
