The perks of working in Conrad are as follows :- 1. Cafteria food is good. They will give you many varieties for lunch and breakfast but for the dinner it is same as lunch. 2. They have inspiring Wednesday where the HR guys will give a card to write down positive or good things about your colleagues the way they have made or left impact in your work. 3. Every Sunday we used to have fun sundays where in our department we used to conduct fun activities for atleast one hour. It was really way to distract yourself for a while from the pressure of working in a luxury property.

...ger. I mean are we really working in a five star hotel or school like seriously. This is another way of manipulating people who are slogging themselves for less salary. For instance if the duty manager gets busy with the guest or any complaints u end up waiting for half and hour to 45 mins again depending upon the situation just to take that bloody signature which doesn't have any value honestly speaking. 4.There will be days there will be no staff to relieve you for dinner or lunch or even washroom because of man power crunch. People end up leaving this property before a year because of the work culture.

There is no any unity can't help each other f&b Manager didn't have idea how to talk with junior staff they didn't teach junior staff properly how to handle guest what is that and this they think they are boss and we all are staff they always fight with junior staff

Could have let me work there (foreign employees) while covid-19. Its unfortunately. This place is the best place to work, Hilton hotels company , and the Mr. Kwee the owner took care of people very professionally and with full responsibility. Hats off.
