New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I have heard many stories where corporate sector just suck the work-life balance out of you but in Connvertex I have worked for one and a half years and it felt very good, the work-life balance is supreme.

Dislikes

The management need to more Pro active to enlarge the business. Need to get a proper team for Sales, Business Development and a perfect Proposal Team who can later be grow into SME. A proper planning and implementation is required for day to day activities.
