...leave informing that they do not need them now, how disgusting is the culture. Apart from that, they will offer you a handsome salary but when it credits, it's just a few pennies. When HR is questioned for the same, they will inform you that it's the policy here and will ask you to leave if you don't agree to the policies. From outside, the hierarchy pattern feels very mesmerizing and every alive person will feel that the hierarchy will help to get the errors reduced, but NO, this is exactly where you thought wrong. Hierarchy is just meant to make you run from this desk to that desk, solution is nowhere. (Very similar to services of SBI). No health benefits, you will be compelled to come to office even if the complete office is Corona positive. Managers and other officials will fo Work From Home saying that no WFH is getting approved for employees. Basically, my experience has been worst here.

... come office on festival days luring u with double pay but all u get is nothing. No cab services, Permanent WFO, Non-adequate systems, Non-hygienic floors, False salary display on offer letters, More work pressure, Lost personal life, 12-14 hrs of shift

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

There is no negative things in conneqt. Because I have already worked with it and after resignation, I again joined conneqt business solution and I'm currently working so I know very well about it.

So much Politics in this company I have there for 2 years and I was performer over there after that also they even not given me 1 rupees of increment and also in designation and at the time of living the company when I resigned they rejected my resignation as the don't wanted to live the organisation when I complaint so ep hr (kiran) told me that I have to give resignation again and fory higher studies I raised my resignation letter but for urgency I was apsconded from there this is my worst experience with Qconneqt suggest you to work with any other reputed company but in this.

I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. His actions have made it difficult to maintain a positive working environment, and I find his mentality and decisions to be concerning. (mrinal sadhu)

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.
