not like salary and promotion i have given my overall experience and time 7 yrs but not return feedback given also my process has been shutdown at the time of client requirements but in conneqt operation teams not support

An excellent company to work in. Skill development activities on regular basis with sports activites also being organised.

Although working in this company has been a very good experience, but salary package should be a little higher for all the current employees who are associated with this company for a very long time.

Job security is very important and in Conneqt we all getting job sercurity…. Good culture but they don’t get appraisal or given right package of salary

Unable to understand my in hand salary. working from last more than 1yr. Manager are rude and they were never in mood to make you learn the things if you were promoted. it's says employee centric. It's actually business centric. They always understand the business. Not the employee
