Actually their is nothing for dislike. Because all team members and co staff is very cooperative and caring so I don't think that working with Connect is bad.

Overall before migration from Tata business solutions the company was struggling a bit to provide sufficient salary to their employees but after Quess corp acquired TBSS the overall situation became better as salary increased and and more projects came in picture

Dislikes

Food was a issue, no proper cafeteria was available, salary was not satisfactory.

I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. His actions have made it difficult to maintain a positive working environment, and I find his mentality and decisions to be concerning. (mrinal sadhu)

No Salaray appraisal salary only the biggest problem here ... other all atmosphere good only here

...ss. There is big organisations all around India bethere but management not good. Appraisals are not fair but incentives high and salary credits on the time . Due covid 19 panadamics provides door step cab facilities available for employees it's heats up the organisations and free food coupon givens..

When employer's older than organisations to started a lot of politics and manager doesn't noticeable our issues. aaded new products without on job training.
