No proper salary, even they tell employees to do overtime without payment.. They for executive to work for extra 3-4hr still they didn't paid. DH amount also they don't pay.. Just simple words worst place to work

Unable to understand my in hand salary. working from last more than 1yr. Manager are rude and they were never in mood to make you learn the things if you were promoted. it's says employee centric. It's actually business centric. They always understand the business. Not the employee

Nothing to like except that your specified salary is credited to your account every month

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.

...s no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary. So, friends, if you're considering joining this company, please talk to the employees who were there before you. And if possible, avoid joining this company altogether...
