...ia, no hygiene on floors, in restrooms. Lot of politics and favoritism is there. Salary is also very less. As compare to salary work pressure is too much. Mental extortion is there. Don't provide proper training. There are no policies for employees. Don't respect employees. Don't have respect for hardwork. If any issue raised by any employee regarding operations and management then company HR didn't respond properly, and team managers also targets that employee for raising the voice.The worst experience I have. I will never reccomend this company to anyone.

Every place is included with politics so no excuse here also same thing. Salary not satisfied, in conneqt BSL. No growth rather you can raise your growth in another compny.

First of all the Tata Group is very nice as a reputed organisation,the training as really good,also working with Tata is Safe for the girls as the working time is convenient also the area where this place is located is near to the city place so that travelling was easy,Career Growth was also up to the mark only the thing that there should be growth in salary,my process were i worked is Piaggio is very best and chilled process ,i enjoyed working with them.My Manager,Team Leader and all my team mates they all are best and supportive and also motivative.

...erson called siva kumar asking money from employess and he is assistant manager. no security for employees, disrespectful and no compensation hike for all employees who were joined since 3 years ago.

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

There is no negative things in conneqt. Because I have already worked with it and after resignation, I again joined conneqt business solution and I'm currently working so I know very well about it.
