The work culture is something that I like The most. It depends department to department but in my process, if you wanna learn some skills this Company helps you with that.

Where Do I start, Salary !. Its Bad. If You are in Operations. Its really bad. Tbh i've got very good appraisal but my salary was so low that even after getting it, it was not enough. And to get that much of appraisal. You got to have Good relation with your client and for that You have to work like you dont have any family. I've worked for Entire month averaging 10hr without getting any off time. The more things you learn. They will assign you more work.

I'm social media appreciation topper from past year for Canara bank we will work company not for salary because if company grow automatically we can get growth Kindly requesting to look into this concern if it lead's same further.

Politics , Targeting , Some supervisor attitude should change all are employee to organization respect in proper manner don't show position power we need work as a team towards growth of organization not our personal

...ia, no hygiene on floors, in restrooms. Lot of politics and favoritism is there. Salary is also very less. As compare to salary work pressure is too much. Mental extortion is there. Don't provide proper training. There are no policies for employees. Don't respect employees. Don't have respect for hardwork. If any issue raised by any employee regarding operations and management then company HR didn't respond properly, and team managers also targets that employee for raising the voice.The worst experience I have. I will never reccomend this company to anyone.
