Company is excellent for freshers and you can learn the process very easily and without any trouble. You will get full support from your team leads and from your seniors as well. Also there is growth also in company but for only them who have patients.

worst company for experienced person, only students can work here. because the salary they provide is only sufficient for your personal use. they treat agents like robots, have to work more than shift and also will not get any extra income which they call as OT.

When I joined in that company I am a fresher, bit they helped me alot to get good knowledge in that time..Gud culture of working and H.R. MAHESH, VINAY, TRINADH, SISLY EVERYONE ARE VERY KIND HEARTED...THEY WILL RESPOND IMMEDIATELY ONCE WE RAISED A COMPLAINT..

... management has changed and they became very bad...To be honest, culture less...And the only thing they need to improve is Salary packages issue, they should give atleast a good amount of package for talented people...Better to set free transport as well..

...cquire good communication skills and more. There is no worry about job security. The salary is below satisfaction. The appraisal is more disappointing. You may get opportunities to innovate but hardly appreciated. The work environment is healthy.
