...hey fooled us on every concern which we raised, they have not proper management. They do salary deduction on basis of any reason. Like past 4months they deduct my salary on reason of INSURANCE RECOVERY. I got offer in other company i have resigned in this organization. Worst company. I will not recommend to grab this organization opportunity. You'll get frustrate & your career will sink.

Worst place to work in, No proper appraisals, even if we are present they cut pay for lop, poor connectivity as per company standards and thirdclass management. No communication for any changes in policies

Management is the worst in this company. I joined the company in January recieved no salary for more than a month then they terminated me on the basis on non performance without any notice period and on spot. The HR said you will now get your salary in May which means I'm not paid for my work for 5 months. Worst company guys if you want to torture yourself mentally then only go for this organisation.

Even in the pandemic we have our jobs and even get our salary on time that is the most important thing in this times.

There is no growth and its been 2 years there is no increment. People don't understand what situation we are going through and leaders don't inform and take actions we employees are getting demotivated.

In this company I worked for 9 months . the management and work culture are good . I loved to work there as I learned many skills and developed myself .

Dislikes

compensation is poor and growth is very slow. the work pressure is very high mostly during sales. there is no job security as they prefer newly hired employees for the work.
