Work environment is very good and friendly as every one is very supportive and gets salary on time Ambience is very good for work. Games and activities are held time to time and There are apportunity for growth .Team lead are always in positive moode which encourages us to have a positive attitude

There is no such dislike as every company has its own ups and downs but seniors are very supportive as they help us to over come it

... company, if you are out of the process they will kick you out from the company. They provide less salary and after exit the F&F process is also bad. No even get proper leave and OT amount.

...they just wanted to see you out of the company and they will do anything for it. All the HR team all very very worst HR team, your salary got hold without any reason. They just wanted to make themselves clean and ask you to wait and wait only wait and at last you got nothing.

...andling building rapport with customer. self confidence while handling customer.Yeah there is a salary appraisal issue. Worked around 1yr in Tata but in that organisation people were working from last 2-3yr Bt they didn’t get hike on there salary. Remaining everything was good.

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.
