It's a good company to work. They have been supporting employees during covid19. And we were getting salary on time.

1 dislike Team politics. Management doesn't know about it. They should know about these things andstop such nonsense behaviour of employees.

Good to start a carrier at any level, company and management teach you different skills enhancing your actual caliber.

Dislikes

Salary increment, f&f settlement. Salary structure for the same cater people is with huge difference and no near by margin also. Always recommend organization to have a saturation or nearby levels

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.

Company hr policy is not followed. No incentive and no holiday pays. Insecurity in job. Full of politics in management

...ey, party. Manager Santosh salve, chittaranjan k, k. Sashi in non voice process. No leave, no holiday pays, no bonuses, fresh agent get higher package than old agent. Work on illness. Will not give reliving letter , FNF settlement.

The work culture is something that I like The most. It depends department to department but in my process, if you wanna learn some skills this Company helps you with that.

Where Do I start, Salary !. Its Bad. If You are in Operations. Its really bad. Tbh i've got very good appraisal but my salary was so low that even after getting it, it was not enough. And to get that much of appraisal. You got to have Good relation with your client and for that You have to work like you dont have any family. I've worked for Entire month averaging 10hr without getting any off time. The more things you learn. They will assign you more work.
