I was not happy with anything, I honestly did not like anything about this place.

Dislikes

They make you work overtime everyday. Not given proper training and handover. Less salary. No leaves were given. No work appreciation.

The role is very good to develop inter personal skills in a very short period of time .Team mates are supportive. One can able to handle multiple tasks and become an expertise in stakeholder management.

Dislikes

... downsized based on last in first out if the crisis comes like COVID pandemic. Salary Increments are pathetic. There are no benefits like transportation. HRBP need to retain the employees and it is one of his / her KRA but for HR itself having no job security and career growth then here comes the challenge to retain the employees.

Team mates were supportive and as a team we have done an innovative events in the organization.

Dislikes

... the work we have done. It was very low package they offered to our job profile. Work pressure is tremendous compare to salary and not getting enough support because of less manpower. There is no appreciation on our work which we have done every months or years. Bell curve method is a very old method which dissatisfied employees in every appraisals. They should change the appraisal method.

The pressure to perform is relentless, with no support. Senior management is unapproachable and dismissive of employee concerns.

...ust. This job ruined my social life. I barely had time to see friends or family. The pay is subpar for the amount of effort expected. Very disappointing. They talk a big game about growth, but it’s all just talk. Actions speak louder, and they’re deafeningly silent. Promotions here seem to depend more on who you know than on actual performance. It’s disheartening.
