There's no appraisal and there's no hike even they won't give the resignation of people want to leave they will just say to abscond.I worked for nearly 15 months i Said to give the resignation even i cried before the but they didn't gave me the resignation i had to be abscond. I got absconded and my experience got wasted

The company policy is good they have certain policies for the employees which are beneficial

...People working on Sunday had to do extra work whiles TLs enjoy their weekends. Salary is too low they prefer agents working with low salary if your login hours is not complete they deduct is from your salary we dot have extra incentive on our performance If you wish to leave the they pressure to work and then people have to run to save their mental health

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.

Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Also they didn't gave my stipend and makes me fool like we will adjust in salary payroll next month next month and next month.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
