Connectwise leadership has gone paranoid, firing anyone at will, picking on someone, very biased towards quality engineering, which will result in customer issues in near future, unrealistic deadline, no clear roadmap. They have polluted culture of connectwise. Most of the experienced resources are leaving company because of leadership
This feedback is based on what department I was hired for. Initially I was hired as a Dedicated Tech where are supposed to provide support to MSP. After entering the organization we got to know that we have to go through another rounds of Interview. The management will try to align you 3 to 4 rounds of Interview irrespective of what the MSP requirement is. But if you can't get yourself selected then the company will entertain you for few months and then ask you to look for better opportunities.
1) In other words, if you are getting calls from this company, kindly ask the department. If they are hiring for Dedicated Tech, straight away say no. Since the management is sucking like a parasite and they will give preference to only those employees who is already on bench (especially who are old in Connectwise) and the Interview which will be aligned for you would be a total time waste of they will tell you that the client rejected your profile.
2) Your growth will be dependent upon which MSP you will be chosen for. If you are a Techie then I would suggest not to join this organisation since you can't groom yourself technical. They have four Tech leads - Kiran, Anant, Yogesh, and all of them are useless. They even don't know how to pronounce the words correctly and given the position of Tech leads
3) It is a Product based company. If you wish to join such a small organisation in the initial state of your career where you have lesser than 4 years of experience then go ahead and take the risk. However if you are coming from a big MNC like TCS, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini etc, then don't join this company as you will be risking your job since there is no standard of this company.
4) There are only 3 offices in India: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore
Company focuses on his growth only and they treat u like a slave, make u do whatever it takes for the sake of connectwise growth, you will ruin ur health and career if you join connectwise.
...s behaviour is not good toward employees. They treated the employees like slave. Promotion and salary hike provided to those who are near and dear to them respective work experience.
...ar like 6 months (Jan - March) Evaluation & (April-June) it won’t be applicable.
It started from July’s pay check. No growth in terms of promotion. Too much of work
